Anyone else come home from work STARVING?! Let’s face it, sometimes you just need a good snack! These cookies are filling, and made with bananas and oats. Healthy, right?! I had six. Oh well. They were hard to walk away from. Enjoy 🙂

Ingredients
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Smash 2 very ripe bananas and mix with 1 cup of oats, 1/3 cup choc chips, and 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional). Lightly spray air fryer basket and form mixture into a ball and air fry for 8 minutes on 350°F. I flipped them halfway for an even bake.Â
