Several years back I had one of the most delicious appetizers at dinner. I couldn’t tell you where I was or who I was with, but I remember the garlic and the bread all too vividly! Through the years I have made this in the oven. Great, but TOOK FOREVER!
Naturally, I had to try the air fryer. This literally cut the time in more than half. Not to mention, how amazing my home smelled with the thyme and sage wafting through my kitchen.
Perfect on crostini, a nice loaf of bread, as an app, or even to be used in soups or other recipes. This recipe is a winner and a must try.

Roasted Garlic
All you need is foil, garlic, olive oil, and salt and any Italian seasoning, fresh chopped thyme and sage. Directions:1. Cut about 1/4 inch off the head of the garlic, leaving the cloves exposed.2. I created a pouch with foil and placed the garlic inside. I poured olive oil over the top, enough to seep into the garlic, and seasoned it a bit and topped with thyme and sage.3. Seal the foil pouch and air fry on 400°F for 20 minutes. Be sure to check on it after about 10 minutes, as all air fryers vary.
