Homemade French Fries

These french fries couldn’t be any easier – they come out crispy and take about half the time than the oven!

Start with any type of potato you prefer, we normally use yellow Yukon gold. Cut the potatoes into thin wedges and spray them avocado oil until coated. If you don’t have avocado oil on hand, you can substitute with another oil like extra virgin olive oil.

Once the wedges are coated with oil, salt to your liking. You can also use any other seasonings of your choice; we really like Trader Joe’s Onion Salt.

Place the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket and bake for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every couple minutes.
