These garlic Parmesan green bean fries are a must – easy to make, crispy, and delicious!
The green beans were picked fresh from my garden – there’s nothing like walking into your backyard to get fresh produce! These were super simple, a little messy to make, but so delicious. They came out better than I expected and my husband said, “Whoa, good!” in between bites. ~ Regina
Garlic Parmesan Green Bean Fries

- Air fryer
Ingredients
- Green Beans
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 Egg
- Panko Breadcrumbs with romano cheese
- Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- After washing the beans, fill a ziplock bag with 1/2 cup of flour and mix them around to lightly coat.
- Shake off the excess flour and dip in egg, followed by the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place in the air fryer, give the basket a light spray of avocado oil, and cook for 6 minutes on 350°F.
