Honey Mustard Pork Chops & Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

These honey mustard pork chops and asparagus bundles wrapped in bacon were super simple and delicious. We love when you can cook an entire meal in one basket! Easy clean up, too 😉

Pour a good amount of panko breadcrumbs onto a plate or shallow bowl and set aside. Coat each pork chop with honey mustard on one side and then press that side into the panko breadcrumbs. Then repeat the process for the other side, coating in honey mustard and then pressing into the panko breadcrumbs making sure that both sides are completely covered.

For the asparagus, take 5-7 stems of asparagus and wrap 1-2 pieces of bacon around them to form a small bundle. Repeat this step for as much asparagus as you’d like.

Once the pork chops and asparagus are all prepped, we like to cook them at the same time in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Tip: Drizzle honey on the asparagus after cooking for a mix of sweet and salty!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pork Chops
  • Asparagus
  • Bacon (we used low sodium)
  • Honey mustard dressing
  • Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Honey to drizzle

Instructions

  • Pork chops: Coat one side of the pork chop with honey mustard and dip in panko breadcrumbs. Repeat on the other side. Place in the air fryer.
  • Asparagus: Wrap in bacon and place in the air fryer. So easy!
  • We cooked these together for 15 minutes on 375°F and have the asparagus a drizzle of honey once it was done.
