These sweet potato wedges just never seem to disappoint! One of our favorite sides for chicken, steak, and even seafood!

We eat sweet potatoes quite regularly. Always trying to change it up, but these wedges seem to be our go-to recipe. The lemon and the coriander give such a nice flavor. They are easy, delicious, and healthy-ish.

A nice dipping sauce made with Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning was just what this tasty dish needed.

Sweet Potato Wedges

Crispy sweet potato wedges without loads of oil, with a touch of lemon and garlic!

Equipment

  • Air fryer and a solid knife 🙂

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Flavor God's Lemon and Garlic seasoning
  • Ground Coriander
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Spray the sweet potato wedges with olive oil and season.Air fry for 13 to 15 minutes on 400°F, flipping about halfway through.
  • Mix well and drizzle some fresh lemon.
