If ever there was a dessert worth making any time of year it is this s’mores calzone! Inspired by one of our students, we couldn’t help but making this on a snow day. The chocolate and the marshmallow so perfectly melted together, it was hard to resist eating more than one (I had four)!
They took only a few minutes to pull together, and really they were gone in less time. Also, perfect for the kids to pitch in and help and make their own. My picky eater even approved!
I feel confidant that this will replace the original s’more in many homes. At least it has in my house 🙂 Regina
S’mores Calzones
What you need: Pillsbury grands biscuits2 Hershey chocolate bars (3 if you have a sneaky child that steals chocolate, like mine)Marshmallows (minis would work great, but I ended up cutting a large marshmallow into thirds)Directions:1. Flatten out each of the grands biscuits, rolling pin helps.2. Place 3 pieces of chocolate and the marshmallows on one side and fold over, pinching the edges together. I used a fork around the edges to really seal them.3. Place them in the air fryer and give them a super light spray of olive oil.4. Air fry on 375°F for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
