Usually around 3 o’clock in the afternoon, the hunger pangs set in, and I find myself scavenging around my kitchen looking for a snack. Unfortunately, I am a sucker for the chips and dip (I blame my husband for buying them!). Making an attempt to incorporate more fruits into my diet, I am always looking for a way to make my food more interesting. Queue the filling and delicious apple! Yes, I discovered the secret to curbing my hunger is an apple, some cinnamon, and my air fryer.
If you are looking for a quick and easy snack, these cinnamon apple chips are for you! I sliced these pretty thin, but if you have a mandolin, you will have even slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
Cinnamon Apple Chips

- Air fryer
Ingredients
- Apples
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Slice the apple about 1/8” thick.
- Sprinkle the apple with your desired amount of cinnamon. (Some people like to add a pinch of salt, I chose not to).
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes depending on the level of crispiness you’d like. I did flip these about 6 minutes in.
I like mine a bit soft in the middle and only air fried them for 10 minutes. Again, if you like crispy, cook longer.
