An air fryer salmon recipe that is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

We have seen so many delicious salmon recipes lately, so we were inspired to see what we could come up with! Still working on clearing out the fridge and using what I already have, I had to get a little creative with this one, but this might be my new go to salmon recipe.

A savory dish that has quickly become our favorite!

Ingredients:
2-3 Salmon fillets- We LOVE the wild Alaskan sockeye from ButcherBox
Minced garlic – I went heavy, I just love garlic, so about 2 tbsp.
Honey- 2 tbsp.
Riced vinegar- 1 tbsp.
Sesame oil- 1 tbsp.
Low sodium soy sauce- 1 tbsp.
Sriracha- a few splashes for some spice 🔥
Coconut palm sugar
Green onions

Directions:
1. I made a little tin foil boats for each of the fillets and placed them inside.
2. Sprinkle coconut palm sugar substitute onto each of the fillets.
3. Mix all of the ingredients together (reserve the green onions) in a sauce pan on low heat.
4. Pour the mixture over the salmon, inside the foil.
5. Air fry on 375°F for 8-9 minutes, depending on how thick the fillet is.
6. Topped with green onions and serve!

We would love to know your favorite salmon recipe. Have you tried air frying it? This is for sure going on the regular dinner rotation menu.
