You just can’t beat the speed and the versatility of the air fryer. After a long day, who really wants to keep watch over a stove or oven?! Air fried shrimp really is the way to go if you are looking for a fast dish that can be used on a salad, in a quesadilla, or as a snack!

For this, you really just need your shrimp (I made two pounds, defrosted) and a few spices. I really can’t say enough about Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Seasoning. It is the perfect blend of spicy and smoky, in my opinion. I put it on anything ranging from steak and chicken to veggies and, of course, shrimp!

Air fried shrimp
Ingredients:2 lbs raw shrimp- defrostedGarlic powderTrader Joe’s Chili Lime seasoningCuminA dash of cayenne pepper (optional for extra spice)Directions:Simply place the shrimp in a mixing bowl and mix with all of the seasonings. I apologize, I didn’t measure any of the spices out, but I tend to go heavy on the spices. Air fry for 8-9 minutes on 375°F, tossing every once in a while to cook evenly. If using shrimp that is already cooked, reduce the time by 3 mins.Enjoy ✨ Regina
